Data Deletion Instructions

At N Tech Solutions, we respect your data control privileges. In compliance with Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and general GDPR requirements, we provide clean mechanisms for users to request deletion of their accounts and associated platform histories.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and personal information through the following pathways:
- In-App Deletion: Navigate to the settings tab inside any N Tech mobile or SaaS client, tap "Delete Account", and confirm your credentials.
- Email Inquiries: Submit an email request containing your account identifiers to support@ntechsol.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
2. Types of Information Erased
Upon successful execution of a deletion request, N Tech Solutions deletes all records from active database tables, including:
- Profile information, names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
- Custom financial ledgers, settings configurations, and tracking histories.
- Connected API tokens and webhook logs.
3. Data Retention Constraints
Please note that certain transaction ledger entries must be retained for auditing, corporate taxes, and regulatory compliance. These entries will be anonymized and archived securely, decoupled from your personal details.
